Eric Broutman is Reliance Matrix’s Director of Employment Law and Litigation. Eric occupies a dual role in that he is responsible for ensuring Matrix’s employment practices remain compliant with all federal and state laws, as well as guiding Matrix through potential and on-going litigation, as well assisting clients with the same.
Eric received his Bachelor’s in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and his law degree from the University of San Diego. He lives in New Rochelle, NY with his wife and three boys.
