Nell Walker, Vice President, Deputy General Counsel Chief Compliance Officer, and Lana L. Rupprecht, Director & Product Compliance Counsel, have planned an interactive session on FMLA abuse and managing intermittent leaves in virtual workforces. In this session, Nell and Lana will identify issues employers face when trying to track and monitor FMLA abuse, managing intermittent leave, and supporting the "honest belief" defense in a virtual work environment.

Renowned leave guru Marti Cardi, Reliance Matrix's Senior Compliance Consultant, Product Compliance, will co present with Joy M.
